What Listed Agencies is, what a listing means, and the limits on how you may use the site.

A public directory, not an endorsement

Listed Agencies is a public directory of digital marketing agencies. A listing is a short summary of facts taken from that agency's public website. Appearing here is not an endorsement, a ranking, a verification of the agency, or a recommendation to hire them. We have no relationship with a listed agency unless they claim the listing. Claiming does not move the listing, does not cost money, and does not make the agency our client.

Who you hire is your decision. We do not introduce you, take a fee from a listed agency, or earn a commission on an engagement.

Accuracy, claim, and takedown

Each listing has a last-checked date: the day we opened the agency's site and recorded the six facts. Sites change. We do not promise a fact is still current. If you use a fact from here, open the agency's site first.

To correct or remove a listing, use claim or takedown. Both open a draft in your mail app to claims@mail.listedagencies.com. This site does not send that email. We do not receive it, and we do not file it, until you send it yourself. A takedown request has the same standing as a claim.

Acceptable use

You may browse the directory and link to a listing. You may not:

Present a listing as our endorsement, or as a ranking we did not publish.
Collect contact details from the directory. Listings do not publish email addresses or phone numbers.
Copy the directory in bulk to build another list or a contact file.
Send a claim or takedown for a listing you have no right to speak for.
Interfere with the site, or try to get around the privacy choice that keeps analytics off.

Intellectual property

The text we write, the design of this site, and the compilation of the directory belong to the publisher. Agency names, marks, and the wording on their own sites belong to those agencies. A listing quotes a short public description so you can recognize the firm. It does not transfer their rights to us or to you.

Advertising

SuperHired is the only advertiser. Listed Agencies is published by Supertrained, the same family. Every SuperHired placement is labeled Advertisement. It does not decide which agencies are listed or the order they appear in.

Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA: semantic pages, keyboard access, a visible focus ring, text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and reduced motion when your system asks for it. That is a working standard. It is not a certification and not a legal warranty.

The shortlist needs JavaScript. Specialty pages, listings, claim, and takedown still work without it. Claim and takedown open your mail app. If something on the site does not work for you, email claims@mail.listedagencies.com and name the page.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. A listing can be incomplete or out of date. A link can point at a site we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a hiring decision you make from a listing, for lost profits, or for the content of a site we link to. Where a limit like this is not allowed, our liability is limited to the smallest extent the law does allow. These terms do not take away rights that cannot be waived where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version here is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, you are using it under the updated terms.Privacy and cookies are separate pages and can change the same way.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where the publisher is based. Disputes belong in the state or federal courts in Florida, without limiting rights you have where you live.
