Listed AgenciesGuideA–Z
Google Ads specialist or full-funnel agency? What to ask before you hire
If all you need is Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube run well, start with agencies that describe Google Ads or PPC as their core work. If Google is one of several channels you want one team to own, start with agencies that also name Meta, Amazon, or creative. This list is separate from Google's Partner directory. Listed Agencies is an unpaid, alphabetical directory of ~274 agencies. It is not a ranking.
The rest of this guide helps you name the job before you compare agencies. The directory maps who publishes which work. It does not choose an agency for you.
Two different buys
Both kinds of agency can run Google Ads. The difference is how much else you hand over, and who owns the pieces around the ads.
| Question | Google Ads specialist | Full-funnel or multi-channel agency |
|---|---|---|
| What you hand over | Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and sometimes Microsoft Ads. | Google plus other paid channels, such as Meta, Amazon, TikTok, or LinkedIn. |
| Who owns conversion tracking | Ask. Some specialists set it up. Others expect your team to own it. | Ask. It may sit with a separate analytics or measurement team. |
| Who owns ad creative | Often your team, or light support from the agency. | Often the agency, sometimes with its own creative team. |
| How many channels | One, or a small group of Google and Microsoft surfaces. | Several, planned together. |
This guide does not give budgets, fees, cost per click, return on ad spend, or timelines. No sourced figures were provided, and any number here would be invented. Ask each agency how it reports results, and treat its answer as that agency's claim, not a standard.
Talk vs not-talk checklist
"Talk" means there is a reason to start an agency conversation. It does not mean you should sign. "Not talk yet" means the job is not defined enough to compare scopes.
| Question | Talk | Not talk yet |
|---|---|---|
| Channel | You can name the Google campaign types you want run, or the other channels that come with it. | You only know you want "more ads". |
| Tracking | You know which conversions count, or you want the agency to fix tracking as part of scope. | No one can say what a conversion is. |
| Creative | You know who makes the ads, images, and video. | Nobody owns creative, and it is not in any scope. |
| Access | Someone on your side can grant account access and approve changes. | No one can give access to the ad account or the site. |
Before you request proposals, finish this sentence:
The work I need to hand over is…
"Run our Shopping and Performance Max campaigns with clean conversion tracking" is talk. That points to a Google Ads specialist.
"Run Google, Meta, and Amazon together, with new ad creative every month" is talk. That points to a multi-channel agency.
"Do our ads", with no channel or outcome named, is not talk yet. Name the channel and the outcome first.
Google Partner badge vs this list
The Google Ads agencies hub states its own rule: "Google Ads agencies listed here name Google Ads, paid search, PPC, or Performance Max, or name Google when describing the ads they buy. This list is separate from Google's Partner directory."
So a row on this page means the agency names Google ads work on its own website. It does not mean Google has reviewed or approved the agency. Listed Agencies does not show Partner status. If Partner status matters to you, ask the agency and check it on Google Partners.
When one agency does more than Google
On 2026-10-05, 26 of the 46 who-they-serve lines on the Google Ads agencies page named Meta, Amazon, TikTok, or LinkedIn. Three used the word "specialist". Many agencies sit between the two buys.
When an agency names several channels, ask:
- Which channel is primary? Google with others added, or a multi-channel plan where Google is one line.
- Who runs your Google account day to day? Named people or a role, and how many accounts they run.
- Who owns tracking? The agency, a separate measurement team, or your team.
- Is creative in scope now, or a later phase? Get it in writing. "Paid media" on a website does not tell you which channels your contract buys.
Read four live rows
The four rows below were linked from the Google Ads hub on 2026-10-05 PT. They show how to read a listing. They are examples, chosen to show range, and the order means nothing. Each quote is the who-they-serve line exactly as the listing shows it.
ZATO. Published who-they-serve: "Ecommerce brands buying specialist Google Ads, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Microsoft Ads management from senior PPC operators." Ask: do you need Google and Microsoft only, with no other channel?
Diligent. Published who-they-serve: "Ecommerce brands buying specialist Google Ads management with conversion tracking and ad creative support." Ask: is tracking setup part of your job, and how much creative support do you need?
Vysta. Published who-they-serve: "7- to 9-figure ecommerce brands buying measurement-first Google and YouTube ads for new-customer growth." Ask: does your stage match, and is YouTube part of the plan?
Tinuiti. Published who-they-serve: "Brands buying full-funnel media across Amazon/commerce media, Meta, TikTok, paid search, AI SEO, creative, and CRO." Ask: do you want one team across many channels, with Google as one part?
On every row, separate evidence from assumption.
Evidence: what the who-they-serve line and specialty chips say.
Still to confirm: who does the work day to day, which channel is primary, who owns tracking and creative, how results are reported, and any fees. Listings do not show rates. Ask the agency.
Last checked is a date, not an endorsement. Unclaimed means the facts came from the agency's public site.
Use the specialty hubs
Orientation counts (2026-10-05 PT):
| Page | Listed | Use it when… |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads agencies, all rows | 46 | Google ads are the job, and you will narrow by who-they-serve. |
| Also on Performance marketing | 13 | You want paid media judged on measurable results across channels. |
| Also on Paid media | 12 | You want one team buying across several paid channels. |
| Also on YouTube Ads | 11 | Video on YouTube is part of the plan. |
These counts show the size of each section. They do not order agencies, and they are not a capacity census. A-Z is alphabetical order, not quality order. Claiming a listing does not move a row.
What this directory does not do
Listed Agencies does not collect quotes, publish fees, match you with agencies, show Google Partner status, or sell placement. Listings are unpaid. You read the rows, shortlist a few you can explain, and contact agencies yourself.
FAQ
What is the difference between a Google Ads specialist and a full-funnel agency?
A Google Ads specialist runs Google campaigns such as Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube. A full-funnel or multi-channel agency runs Google alongside other channels, such as Meta, Amazon, TikTok, or LinkedIn, and often creative too.
Is this the Google Partner list?
No. The Google Ads page lists agencies that name Google ads work on their own websites. It is separate from Google's Partner directory, and it does not show Partner status.
How much does a Google Ads agency cost?
This guide does not give fees, because no sourced figures were provided. Listings do not show rates. Ask each agency how it prices the work.
Will Listed Agencies pick an agency for me?
No. It is an unpaid, alphabetical directory. You map, shortlist, and investigate.
